ABOUT SPEAKER

QUICK BIO

Will Sullivan spent nearly three decades in NYC as a leader of frontline teams who welcomed and served over 150 Million guests at the largest museum in the US and amongst the biggest in the world.

During his tenor, he learned about leadership, logistics, hospitality, tourism, and most importantly, the human heart. Will simply loves connecting with people and he credits his success to the teams he was privileged to lead and the guests he was honored to serve.

Today Will has his own company focused on projects involving connecting with the people who serve the client/customer/guest/visitor. Projects such as coaching, team building workshops, and public speaking about his passion – the people who work directly with the guest.

The world is in desperate need of kindhearted leadership and Will is someone who succeeded in NYC doing just that.

DESCRIPTION

One of the most overlooked skills in leadership today is the ability to be a kind and empathetic leader. So many of us were taught that showing any sort of kindness in the workplace was a sign of weakness. I believe the opposite because I see kindness as a superpower. Now more than ever the world needs leaders who know how to be kind, and how to be human.
