SESSION

DESCRIPTION

Coaching can be extremely fulfilling. It can also be uncomfortable as one has to help the coachees to discover on their own their true hidden assumptions and perspectives. I would like to talk about the subtle art of embracing uncertainty and fluidity in stewarding people and organizations to diagnose their challenges and empowering them to test and validate their own solutions.
