Session Description

Coaching has shifted significantly in its definition, goals and outcomes over the past several decades. This shift has entered what some researchers are calling third generation coaching that is focused on deeper sustainability, meaning, and identity work (Grant, 2016 & Stelter, 2014). The question becomes, how do we explore the boundaries of our containers, in order to live in the serene emptiness of a more sustainable life? In this session, the speaker will explore the Past (through Biographical Dimensions of Meaning Making), the Present (through there use of the Leadership Circle Profile) and the Future (through the intersectionality of time). This session will explore their journey of self practice and co-creation in coaching through the role of acknowledgement and healing of the past, the embodiment of gratitude for what is in the present and hopefulness for the future. The will be a blended session of knowledge, experience and personal reflection.
