Personal Information

Phil Kelly is the Director of Body Expert Systems. He is a health and fitness Specialist, a Nutritionist, and a Metabolic Specialist. Phil has had the good fortune to meet and work with some of the industry’s greatest trainers, managers, and “gurus.” He is the Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Vietnamese Women’s Olympic Karate Team (2019 SEA Games Gold Medalists), Vietnamese National Tennis Team and the performance Nutrition Specialist for the Vietnamese Tennis Federation.

Phil is dedicated to creating and delivering great services that help people THRIVE. Phil’s extensive expertise in the sector has equipped him with the knowledge of what produces real results and what merely serves as a diversion.
