Minority voices and marginalised groups do not have the power of full and free expression. I explore this in the context of gender through the wisdom of archetypes. Identifying your unique power, claiming it and expressing it in the world is a path to becoming powerful. This expression shows up in the body, thoughts, speech and action. Coaching becomes a way of enabling whole hearted expression.
