Based on the Leadership Circle’s validated Universal Model of Leadership, this session will explore strategies to empower us to achieve more in our lives.
We will focus on one’s Identity, with intention and mindset, as a necessary part of the development conversation, with insights on how it can lift us to achieve greater things in our lives, things that align to “Meaning making” on our terms.
We will also explore current context and gifts in the Reactive Tendencies, as key influences on impactful coaching.
