Living a life of service infused with gratitude, joy, and fulfillment starts with knowing yourself, loving yourself, and being yourself, so you can discover and live your unique purpose. To do that effectively, you must become whole by integrating the four energies that exist in all of us: elder, child, masculine, and feminine. To shift from a reactive mode of living to a creative one, we must reveal, feel and heal our traumas. This transforms us into peaceful warriors who choose to live by the LIST: manifesting Love, Innocence, Simplicity and Truth in our very being and in all our actions. This is the path to attaining true, lasting happiness and making our unique positive impact in the world.
