DESCRIPTION

Most of us have developed our muscles to different degrees using our bodies to perceive the world of objects around us using our senses, our minds to feel a range and intensity of emotions, and our intellect to think thoughts and imagine what the past and the future holds.

When a muscle is strong, we want to use it more often, and sometimes we don’t pay enough attention to underdeveloped muscles at our own peril. How do we build the muscles to have a more holistic experience with people and the world around us? What underpins our body, mind, and intellect so that we may explore the world outside and yet have peace inside? Join me to explore opening up dormant muscles while building inner peace.
