Dr. Murali brings with him a wealth of experience in adult development. In his two decades of experience in corporates, he has learned the nuances of developing individuals. Murali brings with him an uncanny enthusiasm to help professionals to live their dreams and aspirations in organizations. Murali believes that it is possible for individuals to maximize their full potential with adequate support. Murali vows in ending discrimination of all kinds and is working to raise funds to support Oxfam India in this initiative. 

He holds a PCC (ICF) and is an organization development facilitator, with a Ph.D. in Mathematics. Murali is certified EQ, Hogan Assessments, OPQ32, Harrison Assessments, and Transformative Alignment Mapper, He is also a team coach and Integral facilitator.

Do you feel as though robots are competing for your position? That isn’t required to be the case, though. Our humanity is the one characteristic that sets us apart from everything else.

If you’re like most people, you likely believe that automation or artificial intelligence (AI) will likely have a substantial impact on the global labour market. The robots aren’t just coming; they’re already here, to tell you the truth. But that doesn’t imply none of us have jobs anymore. It implies that we must look for ways to humanise the workplace in order to complement and even improve automation, artificial intelligence, and productivity.
