DESCRIPTION

Radically collaborative organizations — organizations that have ditched coercive hierarchies and bosses and embraced autonomous teams and decentralized governance models — are rapidly growing in number around the world. From Haier’s self-organizing network of micro-enterprises to W.L. Gore’s self-linking lattice of teams, radically collaborative organizations are pioneering new ways of working based on a paradigm of partnership and equality.

But what role do coaches play within these companies? How can coaches help people tap into the potential of radical collaboration for collective innovation and individual fulfillment? And how can coaches help new employees within a radically collaborative organization let go of the psychological baggage and conflict-forming habits that they’ve picked up from the dominator hierarchies they’ve been immersed in since birth? In this talk, we’ll examine these questions in this talk, and learn from the experiences of radically collaborative organizations.
