Balaji comes with a rich experience of over 20 years in distribution of savings, investment and loans products. Balaji specialises in setting up of a distribution network for lIfe insurance, business, designing compensation, identifying talent, and building sales specific competencies. He has worked extensively across multiple organisations like IDBI Federal Life Insurance, AMP Sanmar Life Insurance, ICICI Capital Services, and Integrated Enterprises India Ltd.

 

Balaji is a people’s person and is genuinely interested in people development. He is a passionate trainer and facilitator, and a Certified Coach (PCC from ICF). His coaching specialties are in the areas of Sales Coaching, Personal Coaching, Relationship Coaching and Performance Coaching.
